🏨 Hotel Port Eugeni: el comienzo perfecto para nuestras escapadas a Port Aventura
Cambrils ya forma parte de nuestras tradiciones familiares, y el Hotel Port Eugeni es, desde hace cuatro años, nuestro punto de partida cada verano. Después de cinco horas de carretera, llegar y saber que nos espera este hotel tan familiar y cómodo, es casi como volver a casa.
La habitación que siempre elegimos tiene lo justo y necesario: dos camas individuales juntas para nosotros, una litera para los peques, y un baño sorprendentemente amplio con ducha. Sencilla pero impecable, nos permite descansar sin complicaciones. El balcón también suma puntos: lo suficientemente grande para que los cuatro podamos cenar tranquilamente mientras la brisa marina acompaña la noche tras un paseo por las encantadoras calles de Cambrils.
Uno de nuestros rituales es subir a la azotea nada más llegar: allí está la piscina y el solárium. No es muy grande, pero después del viaje, es justo lo que necesitamos para refrescarnos y soltar el cansancio.
Otra comodidad es la ubicación: detrás del hotel hay un supermercado para las compras rápidas, y en los alrededores, infinidad de locales para cenar bien sin tener que dar muchas vueltas. Además, el puerto está tan cerca que una caminata al atardecer es casi obligatoria.
☕ El desayuno buffet es completo, sin grandes pretensiones, pero con lo necesario para arrancar el día con energía. Aunque no tienen los alérgenos indicados de forma visible y no todo el personal maneja esa información con soltura, la respuesta fue rápida y responsable. Al consultar en recepción por la alergia de nuestro hijo a los frutos secos, una encargada se ocupó de hablar con cocina y nos orientó sobre lo que podía comer con seguridad. Eso nos dio muchísima tranquilidad, aunque sería estupendo que lo mejoraran con información más accesible… y si además incluyeran zumo natural, sería el broche ideal.

Cambrils has become a family tradition, and for the last four years, Hotel Port Eugeni has been our starting point every summer. After five hours on the road, arriving and knowing this welcoming and comfortable hotel awaits us feels almost like coming home.
Our usual room has exactly what we need: two single beds pushed together for us, bunk beds for the kids, and a surprisingly spacious bathroom with a shower. Simple but spotless, it’s just right for resting. The balcony is a bonus—large enough for the four of us to enjoy a quiet dinner after a stroll through Cambrils.
We also love heading up to the rooftop, where there’s a small pool and a sun deck. It’s not huge, but perfect for cooling off and unwinding after the drive.
The location is ideal: there’s a supermarket right behind the hotel, and plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. The port is also just a short walk away.
☕ The breakfast buffet is pretty complete, nothing fancy but just what you need to start the day. While allergens aren’t clearly marked and not all staff are familiar with them, the reception team handled it well. We asked about our son’s nut allergy, and a staff member consulted the kitchen to help us figure out what he could safely eat. That gave us real peace of mind. Though we’d love to see clearer allergen info—and a glass of fresh juice would be nice too!

Hôtel Port Eugeni : le début parfait de nos escapades à Port Aventura
Cambrils est devenu une tradition familiale, et depuis quatre ans, l’Hôtel Port Eugeni est notre point de départ chaque été. Après cinq heures de route, arriver ici, dans un hôtel chaleureux et confortable, c’est presque comme rentrer chez soi.
Notre chambre habituelle est simple et fonctionnelle : deux lits jumeaux pour nous, des lits superposés pour les enfants, et une salle de bain avec douche, étonnamment spacieuse. Le balcon est aussi un plus : assez grand pour dîner tranquillement tous les quatre après une promenade dans les rues de Cambrils.
Nous montons souvent sur le toit pour nous détendre : il y a une petite piscine et un solarium. Ce n’est pas grand, mais c’est parfait pour se rafraîchir après le trajet.
L’emplacement est idéal : un supermarché juste derrière l’hôtel et de nombreux restaurants aux alentours. Le port est à deux pas.
☕ Le petit déjeuner buffet est assez complet, sans chichis, mais suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Les allergènes ne sont pas clairement indiqués et tout le personnel ne semble pas bien informé, mais l’accueil a été réactif : après avoir expliqué l’allergie aux fruits à coque de notre fils, une responsable a consulté la cuisine pour nous guider. Ce geste nous a apporté une vraie sérénité. Cela dit, une meilleure signalisation des allergènes — et un jus frais — serait bienvenu.

Gelak gure beharretara egokitzen dira: bi ohe elkartu gurasoentzat, literak umeentzat, eta dutxadun bainugela zabal bat. Xumea baina oso txukuna. Balkoia handia da, eta bertan afaldu genuen lasai-lasai laurok, Cambrils-eko kaleetan paseatu eta gero.
Gustuko dugu solariuma eta piszina duen teilatura igotzea. Ez da handia, baina bidaia luze baten ondoren freskatzeko aproposa da.
Hotela oso ondo kokatua dago: atzean supermerkatu bat eta inguruan jateko leku ugari daude. Portua ere oso gertu dauka.

Hala ere, hobetzeko aukera dago: alergenoen informazio argiagoa eta zukua natural izatea, esaterako.
